De acuerdo al video que ronda en las redes sociales, llamado #ladyCombi, se comentan que la señora cuenta con tratamiento psiquiátrico, familiares realizan #DenunciaCiudadana en la cual señal que el chófer de la combi Ags-El llano con número económico 1120, detuvo su unidad para bajar a la señora y entre 4 personas golpearla sin apoyo de ningún pasajero, ocasionando lesiones que la tuvo 2 días hospitalizada, aparte de dar conocimiento a los seguidores de la pagina del hecho ocurrido se levanto la denuncia con las autoridades correspondiente.
